simplelinXml is a script to manage links in categories and subcategories. It requires no databases, uses normal unix flatfiles and directories. It uses XML as data-format for your links, so you can use them later on with other tools. Tested on real-men-operating-systems [tm] like unix.

Easylinks is a Links4all script. You can use it to create links of the day pages or shared bookmarks of you and your friends. Easylinks displays the links in predefined categories. Users can select categories from a dropdown menu or via textlinks.

Bunghole is a link indexing system with no sub-categories. Links can be viewed sorted in many ways, has a voting system (listed sites can be rated from their sites as well) that blocks double-voting. Furthermore, it has a newsletter mailing list and comes with a sample database of 300 links (from the Bunghole database). The code is a bit buggy but is an excellent example to show you how to make your own simple link index sites. Bunghole is written in PHP, and uses a MySQL database on backend.
