Script Name Advanced CowCounter The Advanced CowCounter can handle multiple counters at one time building statistics and keeping track of useful information. Each time someone trips one of your counters, an entry is made in a MySQL database that keeps track of what counter they tripped, the time and day, their IP address, and browser information. The current counters are a Hit Counter (standard image counter), a Page Access Counter (a hidden version of the Hit Counter), and a Link Counter (counts how many people click on a link). There is no java, javascript, CSS, Perl, CGI, Flash, or Shockwave. For a browser, you only need to have a browser that understands HTML (all of them :)) and can load a few images. Installation is pretty straightforward, simply extract the ZIP file, upload all of the files (keeping the small directory structure intact), and go to the directory that you uploaded the files to (specifically the index.php file in the directory you uploaded to). Only a small amount of HTML knowledge is necessary - how to put an image on your page and how to create a link, both for putting the counters on your pages. CowCounter This is a simple image based counter that you use as an image on your website. The script can handle a number of counters just by changing the way you call the image. If you really want, you can change the images that it uses to display the digits for your counter simply by changing the jpegs included with the script. There is also a minimum length feature to specify the minimum number of digits. NO PHP PROGRAMMING REQUIRED. Tizag PHP Counter A PHP counter that uses a flat file to store the web page's hits. No spyware, no hidden links, just a nice counter for you! spiderCount spiderCount is a graphical counter script. Custom digit images can be used. Leading zeroes can be added to the count to achieve a speedometer effect. The counter can track only unique IP addresses or count all hits. Comes with one set of digit images for testing or use. Well commented, documented, and supported. img-counter A simpel graphical counter, which uses cookies and text-files. The script is called by a regular img-tag on your html-page. When a certain number of new visitors is reached, a mail will be sent. The script is REGISTER_GLOBALS-compatible. It uses png-files to work with the latest version of the GD-lib. No programming-skills are required to use this script! PHP graphical hit counter PHPGcount is a PHP graphical hit counter. It uses flat-text database so no SQL databases are necessary. It comes with many styles to choose from and you can add your own styles easily! It can count hits for multiple pages of your website or even websites on other servers. To prevent others taking advantage of your script a HTTP referer validation has been included as an option. The count is displayed on the page using a simple Javascript code. GraphiCookie Counter GraphiCookie Counter is a graphical counter written in PHP. It uses a cookie to identify your visitors not to count them twice. Simply add the 3 lines of code at the beginning of each page you want to track and the script will store the results and display a graph that shows which pages are the most accessed.
