Is an easy to install shoutbox that includes these features: optional smilies, optional swear filter, optional colors, Shout It! code, flood control, wrapped in CSS, alternating row mode, logs IPs, allows banning of IPs, timestamp on username hover and name is link, cookies, auto deletion after set number of entries, can limit entries shown, popup archives, Shout It!
