GroupMail - FreeGroupMail is a full-featured web-based email client capable of supporting many users. It is ideal for people who are connected in some fashion since users are known to each other via a posted list and can communicate using a fast private messaging facility separate from email. It uses one POP account for all incoming email and unix sendmail for outgoing. Features: Attachments, multiple mail boxes, address book, help page, personal files, a comprehensive administration module, full instructions, and easy installation. MailChek - FreeMailChek is a web-based interface to any POP email account. It allows a user to read messages and attachments; reply to, forward and delete messages; and compose and send new email messages. Messages are sent using the Unix "sendmail" program so that access to a SMTP mail server is not required, just a computer connected to the internet. Detailed installation instructions included. BrowserExpress - Free Trial/$60-$150BrowserExpress is a web based e-mail client. BrowserExpress web-enables any mail server in less than 10 minutes with only three files -- giving all your users web based e-mail from any web browser anywhere. The BrowserExpress interface is fully customizable to support your branding, banner advertisements and language choice. BrowserExpress implements POP3, SMTP, LDAP and MIME standards and includes English, Spanish, German, Italian, French interface. Alex Hart's Web Based Email Program - FreeThis is a Web-based email program written in Perl. Endymion MailMan - Free/$250/$400Endymion MailMan is a web-based application that allows users to send and receive Internet email from any Internet-connected web browser. Endymion MailMan uses any existing POP3 mailbox and SMTP server, so it integrates with your existing infrastructure effortlessly. It supports a frames-based interface, message attachments, HTML formatted email (when properly MIME encoded), and is completely customizable by modification of simple HTML templates. NeoMail - Free (GPL)NeoMail is a web-based e-mail client that can be installed on any UNIX mail server that is also running a web server. It requires Perl 5, suidperl, and NO additional modules to run. It supports sending and receiving messages and attachments, user preferences (including user-selected style support) and address books. ADJE WebMail - FreeADJE WebMail is a free Perl CGI program that provides a web interface to any POP3 compliant email server. It offers fully functional email interface which includes attachments (sending and receiving), an address book, and much more. ADJE WebMail is available in Dutch, English, French, German, Interlingua, Polish, Portuguese, Serbian, Spanish and Swedish. ThinMailer - FreeThinMailer is a very thin email client for the web. The script is pretty straightforward and there are only two files. ThinMailer differs from other web-based email clients because it diesn't require a SMTP connection, you can use Sendmail. oMail - FreeoMail is a Perl-based Web front end to qmail/vmailmgrd using MySQL. Features include: mailbox/alias management, autoresponder support, changing passwords, and support for French, English, and German. The way it works is: the maildomain administrator logs in with domain name and unix account password, these info are stored in a sql session table with an expiration time, for every "system" request, the suid wrapper (vwrap.pl) is called, and on logout or after expiration, the session is removed from the table. acmemail - Freeacmemail is a POP3 to Web gateway that lets you read mail from a POP3 mail server and display it using HTML on a web server. It can even display MIME attachments. It also has a security mechanism through cookies and allows you to delete mail via your browser. Spmail - FreeSpmail is a free web-based email client that allows users to send, receive and filter email from the POP3 mail server while they read and compose messages. It features: Message filtering, Multiple e-mail accounts, Address Book support, MIME encoding/decoding, Signature, and Show all headers - allows users to view all headers of incoming messages. Spmail requires a MySQL database, and DBI, Msql-Mysql, MD5 Perl modules. cWebMail - Free/$100cWebMail is a Perl script for UNIX to send and receive emails using your web browser. You can read normal messages as easy as reading MIME messages and extracting attached files. You can send emails only using text mails, or attaching one file to the mail. It is very flexible in configuration, though each output screen is created using a special template, so you donīt have to touch the perl script itself. You can also use more languages. POPNow - $50POPNow allows you to provide a web-based POP3 email front-end to your users with a browser interface in a secure environment. A community CGI script that allows webmasters provide POP3 access to their domain email accounts for their users, provides flexibility, features and the opportunity to extend customer loyalty. TD Form Mailer - FreeAllow people visiting your site to send you or others email from a web-based form. You make the form in any HTML document and call tdformmailer.cgi using the FORM ACTION tag. You can control whether you want results mailed to you, or to provide your surfers a convenient way to mail others. Checks email syntax as well as provides a handy security setting to allow onsite use only or universal calling from any website. qmHandle - FreeqmHandle is a simple program which allows you to view and manage the qmail message queue. qmail is a modern replacement for sendmail. Key features include: Read the qmail queue with the output of the message subjects and color capabilities, Print queue statistics with color capabilities, View a message in the queue, Remove a message from the queue, and more. Matt's Anonymous Emailer - FreeThis is a simple anonymous emailer script that allows users to send an email to anyone with an email account right from your site. It simply takes input from a form and email it to the recipients. Include E-mail - FreeThis script is a handy utility for the person who gets around a lot. This is simply an E-Mail form on a page within a protected directory of your Web site. You just need to fill in an address (which the program checks to ensure is in valid format) and a subject, then the text. Presto! Your E-Mail is sent and you did not need to be at your computer to access your E-Mail client or at a computer which allows you to even send e-mails. One of the great boons to this is that your E-Mail has your return address and does not have the sometimes questionable addresses. Remote Email - FreeRemote Email is a Web-based email program which allows users to send email right from your web site to anyone with an email account. You can also attach a text file with an email for sponsors, advertising, etc.
