Amail

Amail is a Web based e-mail client available in 11 languages. You can send e-mails in 11 different languages and encodings, change header size, font and message priority.

eCorrei

eCorrei is a fast, easy and small webmail program with IMAP/POP3 support and addressbook. Supports attachments, HTML mail, in-line images, signatures, and much more. Does not require any database.

MailMapper

MailMapper is an easy to install web-based mail client written in PHP. It features: HTTP authentication, and messages in one or more folders.

Phorecast

Phorecast is a web-based single-user email, address book, and calendar manager. It is an open-source project written in PHP using any PEAR-supported database backend (MySQL, MS-SQL, Oracle, etc).

NewMail

NewMail is a PHP script that allows you to check for new mail on POP3 and IMAP. It includes the ability to reply, list, and views messages. It only requires one file.

Cedric Email Reader

Cedric Email Reader is a Web Mail application written in PHP 4 that allows you to access an emailbox and read/send email using a Web Browser. It also gives you the possibility to send emails. Main features: No use of cookies or session, Read emails on an account IMAP (not yet POP), Delete messages without reading them (very useful if you suspect viruses), Display messages in text or html formats, Read the attachements, Send the messages in text format (with or without attachement), Simple Address Book, and Multi lingual (french, english, swedish, deutch, spanich). Instant Web Mail

Instant Web Mail is a web-based POP mail client. It is very simple to install, but is nevertheless a quite advanced program. Some of its features include: Easy to install (does not require PHP to be compiled with IMAP support), reads and sends attachments, displays text/HTML attachments in-line (while still giving you the option of saving them to your hard drive), all the basic functions view all headers or the full source of the email, works even if the user has disabled cookies, localized date field, translated into several languages, can be set up to check for new messages automatically, customizable page layout, and more.

YANOCC

YANOCC (Yet Another NOCC) is a simple and fast webmail client which can handle POP3, SMTP, and IMAP servers. YANOCC is based on NOCC's code and is written with PHP4. It features multi-language support, MIME attachments, displays HTML messages, address book, user preferences, and folder support.

BasiliX

BasiliX is a webmail application based on PHP and IMAP, and powered with the MySQL database server. It supports simple mail actions, sending/receiving attachments, an addressbook with group capability, settings utility, multiple languages, multiple folders and themes.

kmMail

kmMail is a PHP-based mail program, based on the mail functionality of Keftamail and is being developed by current Kefta employees. It is meant to be a framework for putting a web-based mail program on your site, but is still robust enough to drop into your current site with little to no modification. The goals of kmMail are MIME compliance, speed, low overhead, and an enjoyable user interface.
