sith/web is a PHP/MySQL-driven Portal Project in the early development. When finished it will be a merged links directory/news/FAQ/discssion system aimed at small sites on virtual hosts. It currently includes a very basic user management system at the moment which is going to be part of a much larger script eventually.

OpenWeasel is an open source web portal toolkit written in PHP3, and released under the GNU General Public License (GPL).
