RearSite is an automated Web publishing tool allowing the management of files from a WWW user interface. RearSite has been written to give users the opportunity
to update themselves their WWW personnal home pages without using any market product or FTP. An administrator creates users accounts (user name, user passwd, and user home directory), users get logged in and then receive access to their documents. RearSite is written in PERL (CGI.pm based) and use a FastCGI compliant HTTP server (like APACHE). |

SiteEngine is a tool for web site admins, that allow create edit and manage articles and columns. It doesn't requires any database support so you can run it with hosting, supporting CGI/perl, including free hosting. SiteEngine comes with a setup CGI script to help you install the program.

This header is used to generate HTML pages on the fly. It is written in Perl and detects the type of browser used by the client. A suitable header is then selected accordingly. Requires Server Side Include capability.

WebMake is a simple web site management system, allowing an entire site to be created from an optional set of text and markup files and one WebMake file. It requires no dynamic scripting capabilities on the server; WebMake sites can be deployed to a plain old FTP site without any problems. It allows the separation of responsibilities between the content editors, the HTML page designers, and the site architect; only the site architect needs to edit the WebMake file itself, or know perl or WebMake code.

CMS is a Web-based Content Managment System written in Perl. This system allows a group of people to share files and work on them without interfering with the work of others. This is done by checking-out, checking-in and reserving files. By checking-out a file reserved, you make sure everyone else knows you are working on the file. This ensures that no one takes the file with the intention on making changes to it. Once you are done making changes, you check-in the file hence making it available to the others. The system is very easy to use and install. Almost no instructions are necessary. It is heavily based on JavaScript and cookies, so make sure you are using a recent browser.

It incorporates a multiple user account tiered Security Manager system, a Mailing List Manager and such extensions as multiple content views. Changing Pages uses a MySQL database on backend for data handling.
