Script Name Today Header This script is a Little Toy that displays the date, using an image to show the day. It uses SSI to show the date, and you can edit the font size and color as you wish. datepage.pl This script goes through a list of Web pages to change the "Last updated ..." string to the date the file was last modified. Run this script in UNIX after updating any html files. Any line beginning with $tag will be replaced with $update unless equal. Nothing will change if the $tag line matches the current file date. This script is basically a modified version of Matt Wright's get_date subroutine that he incorporates into many of his other scripts.
