Script Name Database Manager (mySQL) This script allows an object orientated interface to be created around a mySQL connection. It provides numerous functions to speed up the use of a mySQL database, especially useful is the dumpResultSet() function which prints out the results of the previous query. GreenLight SQLTool This tool consists of two files, one to execute queries submitted by form or uploaded as a file and display the results, and another to dump the database in MySQL or MSSQL format. The scripts can be used with either MySQL or MSSQL databases. Together they can be used to migrate a database (or at least the table structures and contents) from MySQL to MSSQL or vice versa. PHP Excel Parser This script reads MS Excel file and transports its data into Database, or HTML-page, etc. It does this using PHP under Unix and Linux without Windows tools like COM. The parser imports data from Excel files (versions 5.0/97/2000/XP). Imported Excel data type: string, integer, float, date. String can be in compressed unicode (8-bits per character) or uncompressed unicode (16-bits per character) formats. To install and use this script you need installed and properly configured PHP only. Added MS Excel->MySQL builder. This is plugin (PHP program) - output in MySQL database. This program imports data extracted by ABC Excel Parser Pro from an Excel file into a MySQL database table. There are no PHP programming skills required to create MySQL database from your Excel file. The Demo and trial versions are available at www.zakkis.ca MySQL Dialog MySQL Dialog is a simple MySQL database access wrapper class to execute SQL queries and display the results in HTML tables. The class connects to a MySQL server, sends SQL statements, and gets the results as an array. A table with the data from the result sets can also be displayed. The class may optionally return error messages on failure based on the mysql_error() and user defined error messages. ezSqliteAdmin ezSqliteAdmin is a tool written in PHP & XUL intended to handle the administration of SQLite over the Web. It requires PHP >= PHP5.0.0 & Mozilla platform to run. MySQL-Dumper MySQL-Dumper is a script for automatically backuping your tables in a MySQL-database. The two basic pages are a page for frequently use and an administrator-page. The page for frequently use checks if there are tables in the database that have been changed after the last back-up. If they are, there will be made a back-up of these tables, which saves time and space. Convert Character set (convert charset) This is a PHP class that you can use to convert between utf-8, windows, iso, dos, ibm, mac charsets. It's very useful with databases, text procesing, especially when you have many people on different computers and different operating systems working on the same web site. Zip Code Database Project These archives include all files necessary to calculate the distance between two U.S. Zip Codes using PHP4+ and MySQL. php_db2util At the moment, the php_db2util extension supports: *) connecting to DB2 *) load data from client or server with replace option or insert option *) export data from table to client ( also not possible with ODBC ) *) run the runstats utility to recreate indexes ( also not possible with ODBC ) *) disconnect from DB2 Loads 2.000.000 rows in 10 minutes into a DB2 table! All this functions returns the count of the written/exported/readed lines to the calling function. This extension will not replace the ODBC support to IBM DB2, it will extend it. Requirements: You must have installed the runtime client from IBM for accessing the API libs. You can get the runtime client free as fixpack from the IBM website. There is also a free developer version of DB2 8.2. FX.php FX.php is a PHP class which combines the ease-of-use of FileMaker with the power of PHP. In the latest release, FX.php allows access to every version of FileMaker since version 5, and preliminary support has been added for MySQL. FX.php is designed to give FileMaker users the advantages and flexibility of using PHP. In addition, the new MySQL support adds the option of using data from multiple data sources, without knowledge of SQL.
