Tellme is used to discern what a computer is running, and also to help track down servers. It combines together into one place traceroute tools, head requests, server examination, and whois lookups. PHP Net Toolpack - Free (GPL)This is a PHP script that includes several net tools such as whois, finger, and traceroute.
